Cortana's settings disappeared!!!

Hi, I have been using Cortana since its first day with no problems, today I changed my location to get an app from store, unfortunately after getting back to US, I don't see Cortana in settings + it's there on my start screen, it's working fine.
How can i get the settings back?, i really want QUIET HOURS in my action center,

Did you look under applications ? Try a soft-reset.

Thank you, I changed my language and note it does work as it should.
