Do I have to replace my screen?

Everything works great on my device, battery is good, but I have problem with my screen.

Actually, my screen is creaking in the bottom left corner when I press "back arrow" a bit stonger, or when I want to pull my cell phone from the pocket. Sometimes I just feel it goes down and sometimes it makes that annoying sound...

Seek a warranty replacement... Eventually this could lead into touch problems.

It's definitely a carrier problem. I would recommend you to seek a replacement as soon as possible.
