What MS equivalent exists for Applecare, which is now as good as Dead?

What MS equivalent exists for Applecare, which is now as good as Dead.

I tried to find out more about MS Assure, but only got a lot of stuff about PHONES. I am not interested in "phones" or "devices" - I want help with COMPUTERS. I don't know anything about MS OS systems, zilch, and need both Cyrillic and English keyboard capability, full time. I like Apple, but when A-care collapsed (result of Yosemite) my Macbook Pro became less useful to me.

The good thing with Microsoft is there are various OEM partners who sell you the laptop or PC. They tend to have specialized plans similar to Apple care. Worth a look?
