Why are my apps not opening?

My Lumia 630 has been acting strangely. I cannot open any of the apps and some items in the Settings. when I tap it shows as though it would open and then goes back. This is really frustrating. Kindly help. The update status shows the phone is up to date though. kindly assist.

Having the same problem as you on my Lumia 635. Haven't check all of the apps yet, so far all I see is Twitter. Just acts as,if its opening the app, goes to black screen, and then back to home.
