Windows 10 for Lumia Icon availability?

Only Microsoft and they don't tell use when.

1. Microsoft isn't finished with 10, its due sometime later this year - maybe summer or fall.

2. While you will likely be able to recieve it via the Preview for Developers and/or Windows Insider program, It relies on Verizon to push the official public release, which Verizon may or may not do in a timely manner.

Yeah, not available through the Windows Insider Program. There's a way around to get it actually. I had it for a week for a test run. It was ok but with some bugs here and there obviously. No cellular toggle for one. Lags from items running in the background. Too much unnecessary action to get to something compared to 8.0 or 8.1.
