My Windows phone recovery tool is not working, how can I get it working again?

Windows Phone Recovery Tool is not working!

I recently updated my Lumia 630 to Windows 10 TP but now i want to go back to Cyan/Denim. The thing is that both Windows Phone Recovery Tool and Lumia Software Recovery Tool gave me an error.
The WPRT recognize my Lumia but when is "Reading phone information" it says Unknow error ocurred...

Don't know what to do to downgrade!
