My phone Nokia 730 is not connected to wifi, why do I get an error message when I try to hook it up?

Windows Central Question

My phone Nokia 730 is not connected to WI FI. Every time I tried, it shows try later.

I have reset the phone to factory after that my phone is unable to connect to WI FI
