nokia limia 625 touch screen problem

suggest something.my phone nokia 625 mobile have stoped working with the touch screen problem it shuddenly stopped working since last night.am not even able to shut down my mobile to swipe it down. wt should it doo... but my mobile is getting msgs ,alerts,and phone calls too, but am not able to answer it.. plz answer quickly

First try a soft reset: press and hold power + volume down until the phone restarts.

If that fails, you might need repair.
