Lumia 925 won't screenshot?

My girlfriend's L925 won't screenshot since I gave it to her a few months back. She's on T-Mobile; updated to the latest Dev Preview, and Cyan. She's used the correct combo, but literally nothing happens. Any help? Thanks!

Is she using volume up + power?

There shouldn't be any reason to not work. Are you sure she is using right combination? It's:
WP8 Windows + Power
WP8.1 Volume up + Power (this one for DP users as well)

Yes, she's doing both. :/ She even tried the WP8 way and won't even give her the "Something has changed" warning...So weird.

I have a Lumia 925 cyan version, but to get a screenshot on my phone I need to press the power button and the volume down button at the same time. Took me a couple of tries as I seemed to hit the power button a little before the volume down button. it seems to work every time now though. I'm based in NZ, so maybe its set up different "down under"...
