When will windows 10 for phones be available for Lumia 735?

The Insider program will probably add your device in a month or two. (BUT that is for unfinished alpha or beta quality code.)
when will 10 be complete and released for the public? I'd say this summer or fall* (so within nine months is my guess)

*I live in the northern hemisphere.

I'm not sure about the rumors that say there could be new windows 10 Lumia's in may, but if that's true that might mean they plan on having the RTM final by then. I certainly hope so, but my magic 8 ball isn't working today so I have no idea.

Did anyone get the Win 10 as my device still doesn't get it, I have the upgrade advisory app install and ran whatever was required...any idea why my L735 is not getting the update?
