How long before lumia 535 is fixed

The phone is practically unuseable, it is trying my patience. Am thinking of trading it in, or start saving to buy another (non?)windows phone. I feel cheated. So how long do I wait before I take an action to remedy my sanity.

I think you can better describe "practically unusable". IMO its a good starter phone, but yes, if you wish it to be a premier phone with a price <= $100..... may be you are in a wrong boat.
