Why isn't the Lumia Camera 5.0 not available for the 830 despite the Denim update?

I installed the Preview and completed all updates but the 5.0 camera app still keeps asking for the Denim update. Why is that?

I apologise if this question has been asked before, but I would appreciate the help.
I live in India btw. Does that have something to do with it?

As awkward as it is, there is another update required for the 830. While the 830 shipped with Lumia Denim, it awkwardly needs a Denim-ier update before enabling Camera 5.0.

It hasn't been released to all regions yet, I don't think.
It's also subject to carrier approval/blockage if your 830 is carrier-branded, although I suspect it isn't.

you need build 14226 for lumia camera 5. it has not been released for the 830
