I have downloaded the xap file but they don't open why?????
They say contact to the company where I would contact ????

To install the xap you need to be connected to the internet and have the apps showing as purchased on your MS account. It won't need to redownload, but it does need to check you've bought it.

If you like a discount, keep an eye on the Red Stripe Deals section in the store or the myAppFree app. You never know, I got Rayman cheap that way.

You cannot just download xap files and copy them onto your phone. That is considered app piracy, and Windows Phone has protection against that. Keep an eye on the Windows Phone store, as AndyCalling said, there are often deals offered on apps.
