Hi, Why does my Nokia 735 not work with a Fitbit charge device ?

Hi, My Fitbit charge won't work with my phone. Fitbit have said I need denim or cyan, not a developer preview version. How do I ensure I have denim ? When I go to extras+info it says I have denim but Fitbit does not work.

If you have Denim on your device Fitbit should work no problems. The best thing you could do at this point is contact Fitbit customer support and see if they can help you further.
