I have a Lumia 635 and my girlfriend recently synced her phone with mine, how do I get it to stop?

i have a Lumia 635 and my girlfriend recently synced her phone with mine and i want to stop it.

I have checked every where on the phone n it doesn't say it synced bout it does on her phone.
Idk I don't want to reset my phone if I don't have to

Go into settings > email + accounts > tap email > scroll down and uncheck desired info to sync

Do you mean she copied your Microsoft Account to her phone? Does she have that password?

Change the password, change the alias it uses as primary.

Reconsider your choice of girlfriend.
