Shattered Lumia 1020 screen help!!!

So yesterday I was texting and I dropped my phone and the display absolutely shattered, the digitizer and LCD still work but its still not a pretty sight. I've been looking into getting it repaired but I would have to pay upwards of $200, and sense buying an unlocked 1020 is only$310 I think getting the display replaced is a bit pricey. If anyone has suggestions on what I can do it would be much appreciated.

One of few things you can do is a DIY repair the 1020 by getting LCD + digitizer part and install it yourself... the LCD for the 1020 cost like $100 - $130, you can save almost $100 bucks with DIY method... but if you are not confident enough about the DIY repair then better to shell out those $200.
