How to refresh music app on windows phone 8.1?

I had some songs on my memory card and it was listed and playing fine then I bought a new memory card and copied the same set of songs to the new card.Now I can't play that songs its showing some error code.The new songs which are different from the old memory card is playing well.

Put new card in phone
format it in settings, storage sense, SD card
Then add to music folder on the SD card
