Xbox Sync still not fixed?

Cheers buddies,

I can easily sync my music across Windows desktop devices, but my phone does not sync at all.

This is/was a known issue.
Has anyone a solution for this?

Have you had any error messages or anything specific that could help us find out the problem?

No there is no error message.
If you google this issue, there are tons of people facing similar problems?

Since you cannot force a sync manually, I also wonder what triggers a sync.
