Where do to ask for help and actually get a respond?

Hey all
So I have a Synology NAS and after a long long anticipated wait they finally released a OneDrive app for my NAS. Yeah!
I went on to ship almost everything from my PCs up on my OneDrive and set my NAS to sync with my OneDrive. After more than a week of uploading and then downloading I thought everything was groovy. But alas, the Synology-OneDrive-sync-app is crippled by the OneDrive api which only allows for downloading of files no bigger than 100MB! This is according to Synology. This really really sucks to say the least...
My question to all of you is this; where/how would I report this to MS and actually see a result?

Well Synology might be using an old API but i couldn't see anything in the link regarding download size. I'll try and ask Synology. Thanks
