Samsung class 10 cards are very fast and I've never seen trouble reported with them on a Lumia yet. Works great in my 820. Kingston are well talked about as well, but I've not tried them myself. Many makes are a bit hit and miss with Lumias as they are quite picky. Just get a fast Samsung card from a reputable dealer and you know you're safe.

You may find that 64gig now represents the best price per gig these days.

There's no "best" card.

I'd get a Class 4-10 card (depending on speed requirements, probably 6) at the size I need from a brand I know, like SanDisk or maybe a Micro Center brand card if I'm at one of their stores.

Just bought the Samsung EVO 32 with reader from Amazon for $17.99 shipped.
32GB cards are really cheap now.
