Is the Nokia Lumia 1520 battery drain faster than 1320?

Is it worth to get Nokia Lumia 1320 in nowadays? or I should get Microsoft Lumia 535?

It's probably not the processor which "drains" the battery "faster" but the higher ppi screen of the 1520.
But in a spec comparison the standby and talk time of a 1520 is higher. (but in these cases the display is not used).

To choose between the 1320 and 535 do a google search "Lumia 535 vs 1320" and check what you want and how much you want to spend.
