Windows 7 upgrade to 8 error 0x101-0x20017

Hello everyone, I'm trying to install windows 8 on my computer and I get this error 0x101-0x20017! Is there anyone who can help me? I would !! Thanks.

You cant upgrade over 7
you can only fresh install.
​Format C and install 8 fresh.

Please follow the same procedure you used for getting 7 installed.
