issues with my Nokia Lumia 520

my Nokia Lumia 520 can sometimes open apps on itself(more like someone else is operating it)..like open my messages or even dail numbers, delete apps from the 'start', I hv watched this happen a few times now...why does this keep happening to my phone? is it a system malfunction or hacking?

Where are you placing it,like in your pocket where all these paranormal things happen or is happening when you place it on in front of your eyes.

If this is happening while in your pocket I would suggest you to turn off double tap to wake up feature from your Lumia 520 settings.
