Does every account on Windows Phone Sync to the cloud?

Hi, I have an Exchange account and Windows account synced to my Windows Phone. I'm leaving the company so I want to make sure I still keep my Exchange contacts. When I go to outlook.com I can see only few of my contacts are there, the ones that are only in Exchange aren't.

So my real question is where does it sync this information? Is it only available on my phone right now and my exchange account? Or is it possible to make sure everything is synced to my Windows Live ID without manually importing it with Outlook?

There will come a time when you won't be allowed back into Exchange if it is corporate and you are no longer part of the corporation.

You would have to export from Exchange and Import into outlook. For security reasons you may not be able to do this. Especially if the company considers Exchange contacts their proprietary information.

Check with corporate IT about how to proceed.
