What is a good app to download music file attachments from Whatsapp or Facebook?

Suggest an app!!.

i cant find an app to save all my downloaded files like music file attachements from whatsapp or facebook or some networking things.., i tried file manager but wasn't satisfied. which app do i use?? i badly want music from the networking shared filles.
