Why can't I include people on all of my apps on my Windows Lumia 625?

all the apps apps on my windows lumia 625 wont open including people ...WHY??????????

I cant call message or do listen to music on my mobile.No app wants to open

Firstly you need to try a soft reset.
If the problem remains then a hard reset may be required.
