Does Windows 10 start screen tiles can be made Extra Large?

I installed Windows 10 preview on my Lumia 730.Now when i tried to change the size of the start screen to the biggest size,it was not possible and only the previous way of resizing was working, that is 3 sizes.I cant make it extra large.And about background image...i changed the image but nothing came in the start screen.It still showed accent coloured tiles.

So if you have read in forums yet.....
(1) At this moment only Cortana and People hub tile got the bigger size in preview.
(2) 730 not showing background image on home screen is known reported issue to MS...wait for the next release of preview.
