How can I open a HTML web site store on my SD card

I have created a large 80 Mb web site of help pages for the machines I work on at work. I would like too store this on my SD card and open it from there. Normally it is compiled into a single CHM file and opened but I can't find a phone CHM reader that will open a file this big. The other option is to store all the individual html files on the SD card and open them. But the IE browser will open each one individually but will not let the links work.
