Can get more colors than ones for setting etc?

I think that the colors that I can choose as standard is very sharp / bright. Is there any way add two more colors for settings menu etc? so when I go to settings -> start + theme I have more colors to choose from.

By the way I am running WP 8.1

No, there's no way of adding more colours in Windows Phone 8.1.

There are some hacks over at XDA now that will allow this. Read the instructions carefully and follow all the warnings. Messing with your Registry can seriously bork things.
