Why can't I update to Windows phone 10 on my Lumia 630?

Why I can't update to windows phone 10 on my lumia 630

I have a lumia 630 and I can't update to windows phone 10 via windows insider app. I have logged with my microsoft account but I still dont get any update. Any suggestion?

can you specify what kind of error are you receiving when you try to update using the insider app ?

no builds
We weren't able to to find a prewview build for you, please confirm:
-you have registered with windows insider program
-your phone meets the system requirements
if you meet the requirements, try loggin iun with the account you usedto register for the windows insider program

-your phone meets the system requirements
if you meet the requirements, try loggin iun with the account you usedto register for the windows insider program

you can try flashing the latest windows phone 8.1 build available for your device via Lumia software recovery tool and then download the insider app and check for new builds. Many of them reported a denim update issue which prevented the devices to get the update however I don't think that's the case with your device. Anyways try it and do let us know if it worked!

I have the same error, I originally had windows phone 10 on my Lumia 630. Now I have Lumia denim it says I have no builds.

Check your version number...then you will see why you can't get it yet.

Also check for updates thru settings.
