Why has my Candy Crush to stop working after the latest update on my Lumia 730?

Candy crush not working after latest update on lumia 730

I have lumia 730 with the software version 8.10.14167.221.
I had installed candy crush saga and it was working fine till Sunday.There was an update on that and after that it doesn't work.
I have uninstalled it and re-installed several times and still it is not working.
Any Idea what is causing this

It works if you turn on advertising id in settings. I turned it off afterwards, and it still works.

Here is a solution to candy crush ; go to windowsphone.com .try to open this webpage on uc browser than go to apps and games search candy crush and click on it it will show an option of install manually install that file and them restar ur phone
And then open ur store on phone there will three dots below click on that there would be option of install local apps click on it the candy crush is installed

i had nokia lumia 730 Dual SIM.

i am trying from two days to download but it stuck at almost 25% of download. i tried on 3G mobile net, 3G wifi network. i tried after may times restart, two time phone reset, but always stuck at 25 % of download.
