Could my Nokia Lumia 720 have a virus?

Nokia Lumia 720 behaving abnormally

Around two hours back( 4 PM IST), my phone started to behaving abnormally.
1. No control over my phone.
2. applications automatically opening and closing.
3. phone automatically navigating to one app to other.
4. even when I an going to setting page, each and every setting is opening automatically and than suddenly it closed.
5. If i go to whatsapp. automatically phone i navigating to chat screen to all contacts.
6. suddenly stores open.

I tried to reset my phone factory setting, now I am not able to do anything, after resetting, it is not allowing me to do basic required setup which windows asked after installing. Still my phone behaving abnormally.

Is this is due to any virus or something, please help.

I'm not sure whats up, but I can say, with the information we have today, that your phone does not have a virus.
To the best of our knowledge, it is near impossible, by a combination of small marketshare and tough security measures.

I think your device has developed a problem with its touchscreen. Less malicious, but still a problem.
