Windows phones don't get viruses as unlike Android & IOS, Windows phone is a very secure operating system.

There is ZERO need for an anti virus app on WP. That's why there is none.

No, you can't download any Antivirus software for Windows Phone because no viruses on the system. 99.99% secure in my opinion.

Windows (which Norton runs on) and Windows Phone are actually two separate Operating Systems at this point... Even when Windows 10 comes they will be closer, but still not the same.
