Xbox Music playlist sync and transfer

Here is how things stands.

I have a big music collection on my PC and I have made a couple of playlists that I want to sync to my phone.

Problem is that cuz those playlists are synced via cloud only and I can't play any of those songs until I transfer them to phone.

How can I transfer songs that are in playlist but not to transfer them individually, one by one? There's gotta be an easier way..

I use the Mix Radio app and it works great.

I have HTC 8X so I'm stuck with Xbox Music. Mix Radio doesn't work for me.

I've used Modern Music on a Windows Phone (as it you know, plays music - unlike XBM). For playlist transfer I've just used Windows Media Player. Again, unlike the new app designed for the job, the old solution is better in that it actually functions.
