Is there any possible way to remove this? I cant download any app thanks to this.

Is this something your parents may have set up? If yes... You have to speak with them. One of them would have had to set this up with themselves as admin.

I spoke with them and they dint change any of the settings.
But if it helps i did change my year of birth to the real one

This is correct as far as I know. I took a support call and after I tried for about 20 mins to help by having the customer validate the account and do whatever the website asked, it still required a transfer to MS.

I managed to fix it by creating another hotmail account and adding my old account to its family

Sign in to family setting with your parents id and select your account.change permissions (allow any apps to be downloaded and age ratings set to any).
A long time after I haven't not used it so no clear idea of it.no need to add another email with fake age.
