Hello,
I recently switched from my old Lumia 900 to a Lumia 822. After completing all the software updates (it didn't even have GDR1) I downloaded preview for developers and bumped to 8.1. Since then I have received official 8.1.
This problem has persisted for a while, and I have gone through much troubleshooting to no avail. When I attempt to open Extras + Info, I get the following error: Extras + Info can't be opened, an app update may be available in the Store. Seeing this, I used SysAppPusher to update it. However, it always stops installing and directs me to try again. I have also tried sideloading the app through the SD Card, but to no avail.
Any ideas?
