Why doesn't my Glance work ((failed to initialize glance)) [Lumia 920]?

my glance does not work ((failed to initialize glance)) [Lumia 920]

suddenly
my lumia 920 sensor became red and then the glance doesnot work
but the double tap works
then i restart my lumia ... no changes
i made a hard reset ......... no changs
i switched phone off but the sensor still light red
then i go to settings ^^ glance^^ i changed the glance from peek to always on
it doesnot also work .
when i tried to go to settings ^^glance again it doesnot open
then i open the glance background it doesnot open and says (failed to initialize glance)
i uninstalled it and download it again ..no changes

You may have a bad connector or other hardware issue that is keeping your display from using the higher functions needed for Glance.

Seek qualified repair.
