How do I delete X-box video and music from my Lumia 925?

These apps appeared on my phone following a recent update. I don't want them but can't delete them or disallow background downloads.

I believe you need to set the date 300+ years into the future, then you can uninstall

What do you mean you cant disallow backround downloads? They do no such thing on any device i have had
