Why Lumia 535 is showing "Resuming" when I unlock ?

When I unlock my Lumia 535 then Its showing " Resuming" and It's take for 10 sec so that I can't connect right time ? How I can I solve this problem ?

I had the same issue with my Lumia 625, you can fix it by going to Childs Corner under Settings, simply turn it on, lock your phone, unlock your phone and turn it back off, than it should work again like it should
