The only mobile device I have besides my phone is my ipad 2. The ipad 2 is really hard to get productive with it. But I'm going to school in mid-april. With so much speculations saying it will be launched in July or even earlier, I struggles with my decisions.

Here's my question for you.
What do you feel an Surface Pro 4 will have over a Surface Pro 3 that would make any difference to you?
If all you want is the latest and greatest then wait for the SP4 if that's not important to you and you just need something that 'works' then get the SP3.
You haven't indicated in anyway what you plan to use it for other than school. Unless you're taking courses where you need super CPU an i3 or and i5 will probably suit you just fine.
