My Lumia 1080 keeps freezing up, how do I stop this?

My Lumia 1080 keeps freezing up.

I just downloaded the new update for Windows it never did this before please help I tried restarting it but it did nothing. I even reset my phone and that didn't help. Please help ASAP!

Is this a message from the future? try plugging your phone into a pc, and download the Lumia software recovery tool, then follow the instructions.
