[Solved] Using carrier billing on Idea in India

I have bought some apps with idea accound balance as mode of payment 2 months ago. Now when I go to buy an app that option with idea logo doesn't come. I called their CC and after going though two hapless CCEs I realized noone at idea have any idea (yeah the irony). Then I tried to dig in and found that idea's site has doesn't list their carrier billing capability anywhere but Microsoft still show idea as partner in their site.

Can anyone from India using idea confirm this, is it still there? or gone?

Ok so I went to idea store this morning, and they edited my internet APN, now idea shows up as a payment mode in Store.

They just changed APN to "internet", it used to be "ideanet". And everything is blank just ip is IPv4

Are you using idea as your data provider when u buy from store?
Have ever tried to buy when your data provider is other network(like bsnl r Airtel) and idea as a secondary network(only used to buy frm store)?
