Why isn't my sd card being detected?

my sd card isnt being detected

my sd card isnt being detected and when it is it has errors and needs a scan but when i scan it my phone restarts and when it does all work my phone just thinks i took the sd card out and tells me not to. that i should go to the settings and remove it. what do i do?

Your card is definitely corrupted. Switch your phone off and get your card out.
Place it in the cardholder of your PC and see what happens.
If you can make a copy do it.
Then let your pc check on errors and let it repair the errors.
Check after that is you can make a copy.
After that format you card. If the card can not be formatted (due to un-repairable ) errors you have to buy a new SD Card.
(Most manufacturers have warranty on there SD cards so try to get a warranty replacement)
