Is there any app where I could select the photos to be available for public?

I want to show only some selected photos to people that is tmake them public and not others. It can be like selecting the folder whose photos I want to make public.

Yeah, onedrive, dropbox, box all do this and have Windows tablet apps.

You have your answer. Move or copy photos you want to share to a single folder to make it easy to share and if you want to make that folder public,select folder and click share. After that of your choice- via email to specific contacts or link to post in your public network to show them.
