Why is so difficult look good and usefull stuff for windows phone 7.5?

everyone know that WP 7.5 es barely good so I undertsand that microdoft has to do something abou it, it 7.8 comes better??

So if you have not upgraded yet, world is talking about WP10 while they have phones in hands with WP8 and 8.1. Not sure about from where you are, but surely there would be better experience for you with WP8.1 devices at least.
