What country are you in and what carrier do you have? What is your phone model?

It is more of a generality to say, No It Can Not, however it can in certain rare instances.

U.S,AT&T I'm currently temporally owning a Lumia 635 and soon a Lumia 930

Lumia 635 has no NFC so it won't ever be able to. But I think you know that and it may be one of the reasons why you are moving to a 930.

930 on ATT would never have been able to as only ATT branded phones were allowed the SoftCard App.

Any ATT branded phone which has not gotten the SoftCard App will no longer find it for install.

Those ATT phones that have SoftCard will loose its function on 3/31/15.

Sorry, users in the US are cut out of Tap-to-Pay until such time as Microsoft unveils some in-house method banks will participate in.

Don't you have a bank pass in America with a build-in NFC chip.
In the Netherlands the major banks include these in their bank pass for Tap-To-Pay and if a shop has this they exept cards from every bank.

Or is this one more item in the land with the (un)limited possibility's.
