Lumia 635 Tmobile-How to share internet like 520? (tethering)

So I have a 521 and this worked for my 521, but not for my new 635 which I bought today:

I also tried the Spanish (spain) keyboard) suggested in another thread but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

I'd like to know how too. It looks like you could tether on windows 8.0 but not 8.1 (which is the default of 635)
