Why do my incoming texts only show the day and time and not the date?

My incoming texts only show the day and time and not the date. Any help would be appreciated.

My texts no longer show the DATE, just time and day. I need this info for court. PLEASE HELP

The older ones will show the date. Give it a week, you will notice that dates are added.
