Why do I keep receiving an error message when trying to update my Lumia 920 to Lumia Denim?

I am trying to update my Lumia 920 (to Lumia Denim) but keep receiving error message "The update was downloaded but couldn't be opened (8007000d)". How can I solve this issue and update my phone?
