RT and Torrents

I have a surface 2 and utilize torrex for torrents. Torrex suddenly wont connect to seeders anymore. I put my surface next to my laptop, started up the same magnet link, and the results were: Laptop immediately starts downloading, tablet never found a single seeder (even after an hour of sitting around). Is RT just not good with torrents or is there a setting somewhere I have missed? (torrex set to allow infinite seeders)

Did you use the same app in the laptop (in case it's running Windows 8.1)? If not, then the problem might be with the Torrex app itself. Try re-installing it in your surface 2.

Alternatively, you may try resetting the internet connection of your surface 2, by disconnecting and then reconnecting your surface to your router.
